Three of the locations have all the infrastructure either on site or to the property boundary line. Good roads connect all the sites easily with the interstate system, and offer an easy commute to Indianapolis and the Airport. Owen County's industrial park is located near the eastern border of the county, and is part of a corridor of commercial expansion. Already in operation there is a wood products manufacturer, and a custom countertop manufacturer. The park is served by public electric, water and gas utilities. Plans are underway to further develop the park. The county's main manufacturers are Boston Scientific Corp. and Cook Urological, both medical products companies.
