A 2-year old Quincy, Indiana toddler will be buried tomorrow after being run over by a minivan. Police say Tara Darlene Bixler's 13-year old brother was backing-up the family''s van Saturday morning when she went behind it without him noticing. Owen County officials say her brother wasn't breaking any laws by driving because he was on his parent's property. Young Tara will be laid to rest Wednesday afternoon.
